Issue Summary
Following the release of JIRA 3.3, when a user sets their preferred language to a different language than the default, most items appear in the language set by the customer.
The problem however is that Request types and descriptions are not changed and appear in the language they were created in.
For example: We have a Request type: Request Account with the Description Request to have an Account Created to access the System, if the user who is a German speaker changes the language from English to Deustch, the request types and their descriptions would still be in the default set by the portal admin.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Request type in a Service Desk project that is in English Language.
- Go to customer portal.
- Set the language preference at the customer portal to French or any non English language.
- Attempt to create an issue.
Expected Behavior
JIRA would show the names of request types and their description in the language the user selected.
Actual Behavior
JIRA would show the request type and it's description in the language configured from the JIRA UI of the project by the project Admin.
