Problem Definition
To be able to bulk edit assign organizations for the issues. At the moment when bulk editing issues, user receives a message under Unavailable Actions from bottom of the page:
Unavailable Actions Change Security Level NOTE: At least one of the projects of the selected issues is not associated with an issue level security scheme. Change Fix Version/s NOTE: The project of the selected issue(s) does not have any versions. Change Affects Version/s NOTE: The project of the selected issue(s) does not have any versions. Change Organizations Bulk editing is not supported for Service Desk Request organizations. Change Request participants Bulk editing is not supported for Service Desk Request participants. Change Time to resolution NOTE: This field is not available for bulk update operations.
