Description
If request type key contains polish characters there is no way to create a new ticket in Customer Portal. I'm using IE8.
Steps to replicate the issue:
Add a new request type with name: test-ąść
then try to create a new issue from added request type.
I've found a workaround by remove polish characters from key in ao_54307e_viewportform table. I'm not sure if this is correct approach.
We need to fix this asap for our customer so let me know if my workaround is fine.
