As a Service Desk Manager I would like to be able to customize the columns displayed on the requests homepage so that customers can be provided with critical pieces of information
We have a need to always be able to display a unique reference that does not change when issues are moved or cloned on the requests home page, it is currently not possible to configure this view and although various needs to customize this page has been discussed on several support portal articles I have been unable to find a request to change the product to accommodate this need / feature
