Installing JIRA Service Desk OBR does not install servicedesk-automation-then-webhook-plugin-3.2.0-079.jar

      Summary

      Installing Service Desk using the OBR from JIRA Service Desk download does not install servicedesk-automation-then-webhook-plugin-3.2.0-079.jar plugin. This makes the option for Webhook in THEN for Service Desk automation rule does not appear.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install JIRA Core 7.2.4.
      2. Upload JIRA Service Desk 3.2.4 OBR file at Versions & licenses page.
      3. Go to Manage add-ons page and search for then.

      Expected Results

      You will be able to see that the servicedesk-automation-then-webhook-plugin-3.2.0-079.jar plugin is installed.

      Actual Results

      No result has been found.

      Workaround

      Retrieve jira-servicedesk-application-3.2.4.obr\dependencies\servicedesk-automation-then-webhook-plugin-3.2.0-079.jar and install using the Upload Add-on option that appears on the Mange Add-ons page.

      • The .obr can be renamed .zip and opened like a zip file.

      Notes

      If you extract the OBR file, you will be able to see the JAR file in the dependencies folder.
