Summary
Pasting a screenshot while writing on the comment field will result in all the comments being lost
Tested Environment
JIRA 6.4.10
Service Desk 2.5.4
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a project where you are the service desk agent
- Go to any issue in in this project (from JIRA's end, not portal end)
- Start writing on the comment field (Don't hit Send response)
- Now take a screenshot and then paste on the comment by hitting Ctrl + v
Expected Results
You should have the comment you have written, plus the screenshot will be uploaded and also included in the comment as !screenshot-1.png!
Actual Results
THe comment is lost. The screenshot is uploaded. However, the screenshot comment is not included in comment as !screenshot-1.png!
Notes
This works as expected in JIRA Business and Software projects.
