      Problem Definition

      At this point Service Desk does not offer the option to change or remove the announcement logo shown in the customer portal

      Suggested Solution

      Have an option to customize or remove the logo

            I note that in  JIRA Service Desk 4.5.1 the megaphone icon of the announcement is missing. Is it deliberate?

            We would like to remove the icon completely. Since this logic is already built into Jira for project space icons, I can't imagine this being alot of work to get implemented?

            Whould be great to have this option, also it whould be great when you can upload more then one icon, so it is possible to choose which icon you use, depending on the type of announcement

            Our organization really does not like the megaphone icon. It goes again our organizations branding guidelines and it upsets our communications and creative services office. We really need an option to upload our own logo here.
