      Problem Definition:

      At the moment, from the documentation Serving customers with a knowledge base to get the Knowledge Based working "A JIRA administrator can link the applications with an application link that uses OAuth." But, the integration with OAuth it does not work anymore on the latest JIRA Service Desk version where "Execute As" is not available anymore.

      The integration would need either:

      • Application Link integration with OAuth(Impersonation)
      • If using OAuth only, the Confluence Space would need to open for Anonymous Access.

      Suggested Solution:

      Updating the Documentation for the latest version with the changes and requirement to link JIRA Service Desk with Confluence Space.
