"Create KB Article" on Service Desk doesn't do anything

      When clicking on "Create KB Article" in a Service Desk, the button does nothing:

      Nothing on the logs as well. In the Console, we have the following:

      <span class="trigger-label">Create KB article</span>

      </ul>
      

      It seems the link for that button is not available (href="#").
