      Problem Definition

      Currently if a queue is empty, the message will either display

      • Your queue is empty. Team coffee run!
      • Your queue is empty. High five your neighbour!
      • Your queue is empty. Cupcakes for all!

      Suggested Solution

      Allow configurable messages when a queue is empty

            To be honest I think that until you don’t have the natural element in your writing you are not complete. Also I am doing best speciality coffee reviews to educate the understudies. If someone has used that child-like language it is to make it easy for everyone to understand. I totally loved it!

            Much as I like the 'hip' messages about coffee and cupcakes, it is rather unprofessional. People using JIRA SD run serious Service Desks and those messages look like they've been designed by a 12 year old.
