Document the changes made in the bug report JSD-4246

      In JSD 3.2.0 a change has been made without any documentation which has caused confusion for the customer.
      Change been made: Before JSD 3.2.0 Service Desk mail handler was able to add comment to ticket of project A when the mail was sent to project B with key issue like A-XXX in subject.
