      As a Customer Portal user I want the posibility to export all issues (matching serach conditions) to Excel or other format.

      as an administrator i want to setup gadgets to show information into the customer portal, like charts showing SLA.

            This was a feature in on-prem and our customers ask about it routinely. It's 2022 for pete's sake, let them export their issues list to Excel already!!!

            We have two environments with Jira Serice Desk installed. In one customer portal there's a Export button in the other not ("My Requests" overview) and we don't know why. Can anybody help?

            Hi,

            This feature is available in our Extension for Jira Service Desk app. The Export button is added on the My Requests page. So you can export all issues from the list or only selected to the .CSV file. Moreover, we've already released new app My Requests Extension for Jira Service Desk which provides new page on the Customer portal: Extended My Requests. Thanks to this you can add more columns to show on the list and use more advanced filtering. Next version will include also export option.

            This is something that our customers are also asking for. Very cumbersome for us to do it on a regular basis on their behalf.

            Thank you!!! I'm very excited about this add on, but when I installed it an ran it I got the attached error. Is this because my organization doesn't enter time spent against issues? It would be great if this plugin didn't depend on time spent being entered.

            As part of Atlassian Codegeist 2017 we have launched a free add-on that covers this topic to some extent. Please check it out and give us feedback, as we are working on a more sophisticated reporting add-on for Customer portal, that should fill the gap that Atlassian left here.

            I'm shocked that this functionality doesn't already exist out of the box.  I also can't seem to find an add on that will provide this functionality.  Does anyone know of one?

            Hi, we have many customers asking for this feature and is very hard to explain that such a basic feature is missing at all.

            What is more frustrating is the total lack of consideration from Atlassian
