Summary
The Customer Portal Documentation for JSD 3.0.x, 3.1.x, 3.2.x, and Cloud all have a screenshot of the Help Center from 2.x. This is confusing to customers, because there is no option to display their service desks like this in JSD 3.x without enabling the dark feature mentioned in this ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-3898.
