Summary

      In Service Desk, if an agent is also a customer, he's treated as a customer and will receive notifications as a customer. This means, if he adds a comment on his own and Notify Me is enabled in his User Profile, he still doesn't receive a notification for that comment (JIRA Notification Scheme doesn't take effect).

      This applies to both Cloud and Server
