JIRA Service Desk 3.1 documentation incorrectly includes Service Desk Reports Drill Down feature

      Summary

      In Atlassian's documentation for JIRA Service Desk 3.1 for Setting up service desk reports, the following feature is mentioned:

      Custom reports offer more detail beneath the report, and clicking on the data point allows you to drill down into the detail of the data point. You can export the contents of a custom report in a CSV format by selecting Export CSV. The CSV export will contain all the information presented below the report.

      This is not currently an available feature in JIRA Service Desk 3.1.0 - 3.1.9, and is misleading, resulting in customer confusion. It appears that this is indeed a feature in current JIRA Cloud per What's New - Service Desk, in 3.2.0-OD-09.

      The documentation should be revised and this feature should be removed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to a Service Desk project and view a Custom Report
      2. Click on a data point on the chart

      Expected Results

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens
