Request type issue since latest upgrade

      Since the latest upgrade (JIRA cloud build number 100004), I cannot see the request types in one of our service desk project settings. The request types are visible on the customer portal, but there are now 3 additional request types visible of "undefined".
      For the other service desk projects, the "undefined" were related to request types that had not been part of the project, but appeared after the upgrade (namely IT Help,, purchase and access). I was able to remove these request types.
      However, for the first project mentioned, I cannot see any request types in project settings so cannot remove the new ones.
