Steps to reproduce
- Create a Service Desk and link it to a Confluence space.
- Disable the "Confluence Like Plugin" on that Confluence instance.
- Click the "Create new Service Desk request" and perform a search in the search field.
- Try to click on one of the results.
Nothing happens, and the Javascript console reports an error:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request) (https://<hostname>/rest/servicedesk/1/servicedesk/KEY/kb/cfa00542-1aff-304e-bfa4-ae9d79a61c57/138477576/likes, line 0)
If you turn the Like plugin back on, the links are clickable again.
