Knowledge Base search result links are not clickable if the Confluence Like Plugin is disabled in Confluence

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a Service Desk and link it to a Confluence space.
      2. Disable the "Confluence Like Plugin" on that Confluence instance.
      3. Click the "Create new Service Desk request" and perform a search in the search field.
      4. Try to click on one of the results.

      Nothing happens, and the Javascript console reports an error:

      [Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request) (https://<hostname>/rest/servicedesk/1/servicedesk/KEY/kb/cfa00542-1aff-304e-bfa4-ae9d79a61c57/138477576/likes, line 0)
      

      If you turn the Like plugin back on, the links are clickable again.
