      Problem Definition

Currently the 'SLA goals' report duration is set to Success last 7 days which limits the amount of information being shown.

      Suggested Solution

Allow the duration to be configurable, for example 1 month or by specifying date range

[JSDSERVER-3910] Allow SLA goals report duration to be configurable

The JIRA Service Desk reporting capability is very robust. I like the reports provided. Not everyone has the same needs and the duration of the SLA Goals report being locked down to 7 days is ridiculous. Please make it configurable. It would be ideal for my needs if it could show "this month".  And then have data for each month captured so I can report the trend at the end of the year.
