      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When in Customer Portal you set an inexistent user on Create in behalf of, JIRA will ask you to create the user.

      In order to make the user creation more eficiente would be great to have this option inside JIRA as well.

      Solution:

      1. Login JIRA;
      2. Click in Create;
      3. Set an inexistent user in the report filed;
      4. Display a option to create user if it did not exist.
