Hard coded strings in templates on SD

Hi,
I found there are some strings hardcoded in the SD templates. Our company is really interesting in translations for customer-conversational-notifications.soy. We need to have a possibility to translate "Raise a request" string to other languages. It looks like a simple fix, so it would be really great to have it in the next Jira SD release.
