We have a number of "customers" whom all work for a single company. We wish to know that these customers are in fact, from this company but cannot do so without an external lookup.
Ideally, this would be related to the multiple-contacts for a single company thread however, as a workaround, if we could have an "additional data" field – one which is appended to the customer's first/last name and included in the reporter field for easy identification, that would solve a number of our problems.
