Global field configuration for all Request Types

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The setup of fields and its related settings now needs to be performed in a per-Request Type basis.

      It'd be helpful, especially for customers with multiple Request Types, to have a way to apply a given field scheme to more than one Request Type.
