      When deleting a service desk project and creating a new one with the same project name and project key, service desk is not fully functional, eg: administrator is unable to access customer portal configuration site, message appears:
      A problem occurred
      The Service Desk you are trying to view does not exist.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create project XXXX: Service Desk >> Create a Service Desk, Enter project name and project key, eg.: XXXX XXXX

      2. Delete project XXXX Project: Go to Projects >> XXXX >> Administration >> Actions >> Delete Project >> Delete

      3. Create project XXXX: Service Desk >> Create a Service Desk, Enter project name and project key, eg.: XXXX XXXX

      4. Go to: Service Desk >> XXXX >> Customer Portal
