      Hi all,

      our customer gets Information that he Needs to fill captcha window but there is no window to edit.
      It doesn't matter which browser.
      This is important because there is no Access to user Portal.

            Recently the Captcha dont appear in the Internet Explorer too.
            Here are the used Browser Versions:
            Firefox - Version: 45.0.1
            Chrom-Version: Version 49.0.2623.110 m
            Internet Explorer: 11.0.9600.18231 Updateversion 11.0.29 (KB3139929)

            I don't think so.
            The Captcha must be entered when too often the password is entered incorrectly.
            The Problem is, that with Chrome or Mozilla we get an error message that a Captcha must be entered, which you can not see.
            Under the Internet Explorer I was able to see and enter this Captcha.
