      Problem Definition

      Currently it is only possible to use .png & .jpg images for request types in JIRA Service Desk. It would be useful is .svg files could be allowed as well.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow .svg images to be uploaded.

      Workaround

      Use .png & .jpg images.
