"Recentés" section on Customer Portal shows unencoded HTML if the request type contains apostrophes

      Summary

Request types on the "Recentés" section on the Service Desk Customer Portal on French are showing as unencoded HTML if its name contains an apostrophe.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a Service Desk Project, then create a request type with at least one apostrophe,
      2. Access the Customer Portal, then create a request with this type,
      3. Click on "Centre de support" to go back to the initial screen.

      Expected Results

The request type shows normally under the "Recentés" section.

      Actual Results

Unencoded HTML shows up instead of the apostrophes.

      Workaround

Currently there is no workaround other than remove the apostrophes.

            Hello,
The 'apostrophe' is not displayed properly on our latest versions. Please upgrade your instances to get the fix.

            Thank you!
            Regards,
            JSD Server team.

            Ok, this makes sense.

As a workaround, I used another similar looking apostrophe character in the ASCII table. It is just not accessible from the keyboard, but it doesn't hurts as this is a one time configuration. Will revert it to a stardard apostrophe when fixed.

We are of course seeing this with any apostrophe, so contractions such as "don't" and "I'm" don't look right.

Again, this only affects the "Recent Requests" section.

            Hi,

It's been a little while this request has been filed and two releases later I didn't see any improvement. The main page is very ugly looking with this &#39 in place of the apostrophe. Looks like a peewee mistake. I can't see I'm the only one having reported this issue, until I'm the only one using SD in french !

Can you fix at the next release ?
