Summary
Request types on the "Recentés" section on the Service Desk Customer Portal on French are showing as unencoded HTML if its name contains an apostrophe.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a Service Desk Project, then create a request type with at least one apostrophe,
- Access the Customer Portal, then create a request with this type,
- Click on "Centre de support" to go back to the initial screen.
Expected Results
The request type shows normally under the "Recentés" section.
Actual Results
Unencoded HTML shows up instead of the apostrophes.
Workaround
Currently there is no workaround other than remove the apostrophes.
