This feature doesn't really work for read-only directories. Exposing this just seems to cause confusion.

As a workaround, we can at least disable this module: sd-project-sidebar-invite-team

This feature is also bordering on delegating administrative powers to project admins (adding people to groups, licensing users) which hasn't been a good experience in the past (spawning new permission schemes, SLA custom field creation).
