Editing Queue Order is broken in Edge

      Issue Summary

      When a user tries to reorder the queue of a Service Desk project and presses Edit Queue button, the user is unable to drag the columns around even though the arrow shows they should be able to on Microsoft Edge when using JIRA Service Desk 3.1.2

      How to replicate

      1. Install JIRA 7.1.0 along with JIRA Service Desk 3.1.2
      2. Create a new Service Desk project.
      3. Go into the project and click on the Edit Queue button.

      Expected Behavior
      User should be able to move the columns around as seen in earlier versions of Service Desk.

      Actual Behavior
      Though the icon changes to hint user can move the column, attempts to do so would fail.

      Tested on

      • Windows 10 with JIRA Edge and JIRA Software 7.1.0 and JIRA Service Desk 3.1.2
        • (failed to work)
      • Windows 10 with JIRA Edge and JIRA Software 7.0.10 and JIRA Service Desk 3.0.10
        • (worked fine)
