      Problem Definition

      JIR Service Desk Issue Type icons/avatars are not available on the default issue type avatar image selection:

      Suggested Solution

      To include the Service Desk Issue Type icons/avatars on the default selection

      Workaround

      Extract the $JIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins jira-servicedesk-X.x.x.jar file and locate the icons/avatars on : ./jira-servicedesk-X.x.x/img/issue-type-icons directory.
