Description
Summary
Customer Portal doesn't accept March month in "Due Date" field for Deutsch system language . In Customer Portal it written "MRZ" , but in Create issue screen in JIRA still displayed as "MAR" . Issue only happen when the Due Date is not empty . If empty , there's no error throw.
Environment
- JIRA Service Desk 3.0.10
Steps to Reproduce
- Set system language as Deutsch
- Add "Due Date" field to Request Type and set it to Optional
- Create issue via Customer Portal , fill the "Due Date" value with March date .
Expected Results
Issue create successfully .
Actual Results
Throw below error in screenshot :-
Translation : Please enter a value in the required field ' due date '
Workaround
Enable English (United States) for default language .
