Customer Portal doesn't accept March month in "Due Date" field for Deutsch system language

      Summary

      Customer Portal doesn't accept March month in "Due Date" field for Deutsch system language . In Customer Portal it written "MRZ" , but in Create issue screen in JIRA still displayed as "MAR" . Issue only happen when the Due Date is not empty . If empty , there's no error throw.

      Environment

      • JIRA Service Desk 3.0.10

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set system language as Deutsch
      2. Add "Due Date" field to Request Type and set it to Optional
      3. Create issue via Customer Portal , fill the "Due Date" value with March date .

      Expected Results

      Issue create successfully .

      Actual Results

      Throw below error in screenshot :-

      Translation : Please enter a value in the required field ' due date '

      Workaround

      Enable English (United States) for default language .
