      As a company we service other companies which have multiple users in our Service Desk interacting with our support team. As per the participant feature our customers do have the option to add any other user from their company, however sometimes users on a more managerial level would require seeing all the tickets their company has opened with us via service desk. This however does not meant that they would want to receive notifications and participate on each and every ticket.

      Suggestion: as an addition to My Requests there should also be a page, My Company's requests

      It would be really great if such a feature could be implemented and it would save our users and support help desk a number of headaches.
