      Problem Definition

      As per current email notification in HTML format , when issue is created with HTML coding/scripting , email notfication content will be send as text format . It is because JSD doesn't support the language and reformat it .

      Suggested Solution

      Allow HTML coding/scripting in issue description and format it in the email notication.

            I have been testing this and it all came down to the batch notification system in the end, we have had to take the decision to disable it until it stops dropping the HTML
