      Problem Definition

      As per current email notification in HTML format , when issue is created with HTML coding/scripting , email notfication content will be send as text format . It is because JSD doesn't support the language and reformat it .

      Suggested Solution

      Allow HTML coding/scripting in issue description and format it in the email notication.
