      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Currently it is not possible to edit logo that is sent by JIRA Service Desk. It defaults to the JIRA Logo set here:

      This causes and issue when using a white logo since the email is also white.

      Suggested Solution

      • Add the ability to send JIRA Service Desk portal logo instead.
        or
      • Have the ability to choose the logo sent our via JIRA Service Desk notifications

      Workaround

      None at this time. End user will need to avoid using white logos when setting up JIRA's look and feel.
