Summary
When using Service Desk with the French Language pack, the Comment Internally translation, Commenter à l'interne does not encode the ' from l'interne. Instead, it will display the html encoding, see the screenshot
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the personal language settings of an agent to French
- Create a Service Desk request
- Open the Service Desk request as the agent from step 1
- Add a comment to the request, not the comment buttons under the text box
Expected Results
The button should properly display the apostrophe in l'interne
Actual Results
Instead, the button is displayed as l'interne
Notes
Multiple language packs in French have been tested, all of which displayed this behaviour. Despite this, the issue is likely to be an encoding issue, which could also impact other language packs
