SLA Calendar Holiday Date Picker does not work

      Summary:

      When trying to use the Date Picker feature for the Date Field on Holidays section, no popup will come out.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to a Service Desk Project Administration Page.
      2. Click on SLA, then Calendars.
      3. Edit the Sample 9-5 Calendar
      4. Scroll to Holiday.
      5. Click on the Calendar Icon.

      Expected Result:

      A pop-up which the user could choose calendar will appear.

      Actual Result:

      It does nothing.

      In Console log , showed :-

      Workaround:

      Manually enter date with format dd/MMM/yy

      • Example: 01/JAN/16

      Notes:

      • We could input the date manually on the field, but the error shown if the wrong date format is not really informative unlike in JIRA side.

           Invalid format: "12/12/2016" is malformed at "12/2016"

           You did not enter a valid date. Please enter the date in the format "d/MMM/yy", eg. "29/Jan/16"
