When uploading a service desk logo the resolution of the logo is degraded.

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Save the attached file 'copernicus-cams-c3s-ecmwf_01b.png' and view it. This is a logo with image size 960px x 90px.
      2. go to JSD portal settings /issues/servicedesk/admin/<project key>/portal-settings
      3. select 'Use a custom logo for this Customer Portal' and upload the logo file 'copernicus-cams-c3s-ecmwf_01b.png'.
      4. The logo is uploaded, resized to 250px × 23px, but displayed in original size (attached screenshot 1)
      5. Click 'Save logo'
      6. Go to the respective customer facing portal (/issues/servicedesk/customer/portal/<xx>), there the logo is also displayed in degraded quality, but original size (attached screenshot 2)
