An option to turn off or customize the auto response mail notification

      Problem Description

      When a customer submits a request, they receive auto response email notification.

      We have received your request and will get back to you soon.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great if there is a configuration to disable/turn off the auto response or customize it.
