Comment buttons not translated to French

      The commend buttons in a Service Desk issue are not being translated to French when French is the default language.

      Environment

      • JIRA 7.0.x + Service Desk 3.0.3, 3.0.4

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue
      2. Access it and click in the comment box
      3. The buttons will show up in English

      Expected Results

      The buttons should be translated to French once this is a supported language.

      Actual Results

      The buttons are still in English.
