Description
The URL contains the JIRA issue key when viewing a request in the customer portal. The project key portion of the issue key is case sensitive. This is not so in JIRA Core or JIRA Software.
This can be reproduced by viewing an issue in the customer portal and then changing the case of one or more letters in the project key.
- A message appears: "Cannot find issue"
