      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      In JIRA 7, it is no longer possible to see Development Tools section for SD project type. Users need to either convert to Software project or create a new one as mentioned here.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow development tools to be shown in SD project type if users have both application access (JIRA Software and JIRA SD).
