      1. Under Customer Portal - My Requests, Search does not work for Ticket number generated by Service Desk.
e.g. As a Customer, I created a new ticket and the ticket number was SDDS-100. If I try to search by that ticket number, I do not get back any results even after adjusting All / Open / Closed Requests filter.

      2. Search seems to only work for any text entered in the Summary field of the ticket.

      3. Another person in Customer role cannot search for my tickets (for the scenario #2 from above). This is important if another person is going to fill in for me while I'm away. We can't expect a Customer to go through 50 tickets & add substitute person as a watcher

We are having the same problem. Searching by request number alone yields no results.

We have an issue with our customers not being able to search for tickets using ticket number. Example: To search for a ticket, you must enter soc-876. Searching for 876 will yield no results.
Any idea how to fix it?

            Hello!
What about number 2? That it is not possible to search by description or comments? Customers want to search by solution provided earlier...

#1 has been addressed, and from JSD v2.4.1 onwards, it is possible to search by issue key.

            Regards

#3 looks like JSD-270 and I would recommend adding your scenario to that ticket, along with voting and watching it for updates
