Summary
At the moment, SLAs without any goals will not be displayed in Issue Navigator/View Issue screen. This makes the SLA field rather useless if there isn't any goals defined as we can't really do anything about it. Sometimes agents just want to keep track of the SLA without defining any Goals
Suggestion
For SLAs without any goals, make it appear in Issue Nav/View Issue screen but counting upwards. At least agents can keep track of them and also use them for reporting purposes
