      is there any way that it can be integrated gitlab, gitlab.com with issues?, when submit a issue this show on gitlab issues tracking, something like github issues tracker and reverse from gitlab issues to jira...

            Hi - this request sounds like a generic JIRA feature request and not a JIRA Service Desk one.

            You could try: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/213957/github-jira-issues-two-way-sync

            Alternatively, if you still would like to see the feature in JIRA, please raise a JRA feature request.
