When running a global team, calendars depend on local public holidays and working times. In these cases, 1 single function in a JQL can determine which calendar is to be used for the SLA.

If the same SLA is required to be used with a differentiation of 1 single JQL function to determine the calendar which needs to get used, in the current implementation a separate JQL has to get made for each corresponding calendar.

This means, that in a large environment with 10 SLAs and 5 separate calendars, 50 JQLs need to be built and maintained, which creates a huge administrative task.

As an administrator, I want to have a more intuitive way of being able to handle such large environments.
