"/images" appends "/servicedesk/customershim/images" in comments

Summary

Whenever a user or a customer types /images into the comment area of the Customer Portal, JIRA Service Desk appends /servicedesk/customershim/images to the text.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Service Desk Issue.
2. Type /images into the comment area of the Service Desk Issue.
3. Click "Add".
4. You should see /servicedesk/customershim/images as the result.

Expected Results

You should see just /images

Actual Results

Instead, you see /servicedesk/customershim/images.
