Summary
Unable to add/edit the "IF" condition in JIRA Service Desk automation rule.
Steps to Reproduce
- Proceed to Automation
- Create a new rule or edit an existing rule
- Set When to Breached SLA
- Attempt to select "Issue Matches" condition
Expected Results
The automation rule can be edited without any problems/errors.
Actual Results
Application shows "This condition could not be loaded." error message. This also occurs when editing existing IF conditions.
