      It would be nice to have an option on the Service Desk settings where the customers could create issues by email and/or reply the notifications setting other users in the CC field that are not in the system to automatically be a new Service Desk customer and be a participant of the specific issue mentioned on the email (e.g Option as Customers can add new customers to their requests).
